Program Registration and Cancellation Policies for Destination: Art Programs


Program Definitions:


 1-3 consecutive days of instruction


 Weekly sessions for a specified number of weeks

Art Party

 One-time directed art project with party atmosphere


 One-time special event like a lecture or VIP reception


Registration Policies:

1.   Pre-registration is necessary to allow for program preparation and communication.

2.   Registration must be received no later than one week before the start of the class or workshop to ensure there are enough participants to hold the class.

3.   Registration for Art parties or events closes 24 hours prior to the start of the event. Late registration policies still apply.

4.   Payment must be received at the time of registration. We are unable to reserve a space without payment. Until our online payment system is activated, you will receive instructions to pay by mail (check) or in person (cash, check or credit card).

5.   Waitlists: If you are on a program waitlist, you will be contacted (in chronological order) in the event any spots open in the program. You will be given 24 hours to respond before your spot will be given to the next person on the waitlist.


Cancellation Policies:

1.   All payments are non-refundable unless Destination: Art cancels the program, then a full refund will be made. Individual refunds may be considered on a case by case basis. Please speak with the Destination: Art program director for more information or special accommodations.

2.   Destination: Art reserves the right to cancel programs if there is insufficient enrollment.

3.   Make-up sessions or refunds for sessions missed due to personal conflicts are not permitted. Please check your schedule for possible conflicts before committing to a program.
