This in studio class with Louisa will introduce new watercolor techniques and build on skills previously developed. There will be a step-by-step demonstration at the beginning of each class and Louisa will help each student meet his/her goals. Come join the others in spending an informative, relaxing morning.

Louisa McHugh
Watercolor has always spoken to me in a way that no other medium has. With it's luminous, flowing qualities, watercolor provides an endless source of creative expression.
My work is often figurative, with several layers of transparent washes that roll over each other, causing the subject to drift in and out of focus. I take inspiration from the ordinary and find beauty in unconventional themes.
