All watercolor levels are welcome, from students who have never tried to paint to expert artists.
New students and those who would like a refresher will follow along as Douglas paints a landscape scene in watercolor. He will use a proven step by step method, using watercolor in the traditional way. Students will be given handouts to help them in each step, and the teacher enjoys helping each student individually, as needed. Students who would rather paint their own scene are welcome to do so, and Douglas will help as needed on their individual project.
Prior to the main lesson, there will be a short, fun, warm-up painting to get students ready to paint, so bring along at least two watercolor sheets of paper.
