Working from a reference photograph, you will learn to paint a successful cityscape by practicing value studies and color studies. Vahe will take you step by step through the process, helping you elevate your skills and inspire your creativity.

Vahe Grigorian, a seasoned professional in the world of art, has drawn inspiration from his years of traveling and experiencing the diverse landscapes of the world, culminating in his stunning collection of watercolor paintings now available on his website. With a career that spans over 20 years in the entertainment and advertising industries, Vahe Grigorian has worked for high-profile clients including Walt Disney Imagineering, Mattel Inc., Nickelodeon, Warner Bros., Sony, and many more. In 2024, Grigorian's love for travel and nature sparked a passion for watercolor painting. Inspired by the landscapes he encountered, Grigorian set out to create artwork that would evoke emotions and transport viewers to the breathtaking places he visited. Grigorian's work is known for its unique blend of creativity, technical skill, and emotional resonance, capturing not just the visuals of a place but the feeling and atmosphere of the moment. As of 2025, Vahe has been actively participating in international watercolor festivals including the Rockwell Watercolour Festival in China and the Armenian Arvesta Watercolor Festival. Moving forward, Vahe remains dedicated to participating, winning awards, and teaching across the globe, further establishing his presence in the international watercolor community. Vahe is an award winning member of the National Watercolor Society and Laguna Plein Air Painters Association.
