Joe and Rick will walk us through the art of imagining, conceiving and bringing a brand-new invention to reality. With collaboration, we will experience the art and creativity of thinking outside the box for ideas, how to collaborate in idea generating, and all the challenges and solutions to making it happen.
Originally with Mattel Design, they started their own inventive company in 1975 developing new toys and games starting with the inception of an idea, through every phase of product development, from brainstorming , product feasibility evaluation, creating 2 & 3 dimensional model prototypes, licensing, engineering, packaging conception along with voice and sound recording & programming.
After Joe and Rick tell their story, we will talk about applying creative lessons learned to solving problems in everyday life in small table discussions.

About Joe Cernanskyand Rick Kamrath
Joe Cernansky and Rick Kamrath, of Rudell Toy Design, have spent their entire careers inventing and developing new toys for the toy industry.
Originally with Mattel Design, they started their own inventive company in 1975.
